graham crackers w/ peanut butter

weigh in SFS

So when I started blogging here, I think I had about 20-25 pounds to lose.  Now I have 30 to lose, maybe 30 if I can pull it off. 

I've been losing .5 pounds per morning for a few days. 

So, I'm down 2.5 pounds. 

Progress!

The day before Thanksgiving and I'm still trying to diet, exercise, and lose weight. 

Well, what did I eat yesterday? 

I had 2 small blueberry pancakes
a slice of wheat bread with honey and butter
an apple
and mac and cheese with hot dogs

Now that's a winner of a dinner. 

I did 30 minutes of personal trainer on Kinect.

Tuesday I ate:
frosted mini wheats
spicy chicken sandwich
a few french fries
chicken taco on wheat tortilla
apple
light yogurt

I did 20 minutes of Dance Central. 
I was down 2 of 30 pounds this morning!  hooray, hoping the decline continues.

.75 c. fried rice (home made)
peanut butter and honey on 2 slices of wheat bread
frozen burrito
.5 container yogurt

ugh, not a great eating day :(
The only exercise I got was shoveling the driveway.  My fault.
