Tuesday I ate... too much! :)
B: fiber one cereal
L: turkey sandwich and an apple, two pretzels
D:1.5 corn dogs, wheat crackers and peanut butter
S: fruit snacks, red velvet cheese cake (yikes, it was delicious though)
I didn't get my lazy butt out of bed for swimming and that's not a good thing because Monday and Tuesday were my only swimming days this week due to a change in my husband's schedule. However, I'm planning on walking on Friday which I haven't been able to do due to some plantar fascitis, which is awful! I'm also signed up for Krank and Water Aerobics on Saturday!
