Yesterday I ate:
Special K cereal
turkey sandwich w/o cheese (forgot it at the store, and saved 200 calories on lunch!)
rice and chicken with broccoli casserole
too much leftover Halloween candy
Yesterday I had lots of energy so I got some good activity in:
pulled the kids in the wagon to and from school for pick up (ie. once, not both trips)
mowed my Sandy on-a-hill lawn
If I could keep myself away from the candy, I could keep my blood sugar under control. Someone stop me from raiding the candy bowl!!!
