goals

1. be positive about weight loss and my body image
2. exercise: it doesn't matter what you do or when you do it, just do it
3. write down EVERYTHING you eat
4. eat more fiber
5. eat more fruits and vegetables
6. less fast food
7. snack less
8. snack  on healthy stuff
9. drink more water
10. eat fewer sweets
