Yesterday I ate:
1/3 C Zoom (hot whole-wheat cereal)
2 rolls from Texas Roadhouse
2 oz BBQ chicken (from Texas Roadhouse)
1 oz pulled pork (from TR)
several bites of sweet potato
1 piece of chocolate cake
1/3 C Malt-O-Meal cereal
1 1/2 C fat-free, sugar-free pudding
No exercise and not much water.
