MJMs Food Log
1 bowl shredded wheat
1 peach
2 oz smoked fat-free turkey breast
1 peach
1 C dry cold cereal
1 stalk celery with peanut butter
1 C lemon trifle
Not great on water and no exercise (unless you count running around doing millions of errands).
