Yesterday I ate:
2 bowls of cold cereal
1 oz fat-free chicken breast
2 C light chocolate soy milk with 2 C strawberries and a banana
1 Dunford chocolate donut
1 tomato
I didn't eat too much but it wasn't all healthy either. No exercise and only 1/2 gallon of water.
My weight is remaining constant (which is up a bit).
