Yesterday I ate:
2 waffles with butter and honey
1 medium banana
peanut butter and apricot jelly sandwich on wheat bread
.5 large apple
.5 c. ice cream
.5 c. white rice
.25 c chili
I did 45 minutes of exercises on the Kinect. I'm still learning what I like and spent the majority of that time doing kick boxing. I didn't really burn that many calories though, at least according to the X Box. I was glad I did something though, as I still haven't made it back to the pool in recent days... (almost 2 weeks)
