Yesterday I ate a lot of bread.
I had toast for breakfast, a sandwich of peanut butter and honey for lunch, and for dinner I ate fried rice (home made, no msg).
For exercise I did some deep cleaning and some Kinect.
Probably not enough exercise, but an overall active day.
Someone be honest with me... am I eating too much? I'm not seeing any results yet. Honesty. Be brutal if you need to be.
