food log

The day before Thanksgiving and I'm still trying to diet, exercise, and lose weight. 

Well, what did I eat yesterday? 

I had 2 small blueberry pancakes
a slice of wheat bread with honey and butter
an apple
and mac and cheese with hot dogs

Now that's a winner of a dinner. 

I did 30 minutes of personal trainer on Kinect.
