MJMs Food Log
Yesterday I ate the following:
1 bowl frosted shredded wheat with milk
6" Cornonado Club Sub
1 homemade Oreo
1 1/2 C black bean soup
2 black and white cookies
handful of microwave popcorn
I drank 1/2 gallon of water and got no exercise.
