Sunday:
I don't really remember much of what I ate.... it wasn't anything particularly tasty, or much... because I have a meeting in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY for three hours. So I never eat lunch, and I didn't fix dinner. Breakfast was pancakes and bacon!
Monday:
B: 1/3 c. fiber one cereal, banana, slim fast
L: light chicken noodle soup
D: peanut butter and apricot jelly sandwich
S: cheese cake (oops!)
E: 30 minutes swimming
Starting to get the feeling like I'm the only one posting...........
You were! Sorry about that. I spent a week in Yellowstone (no internet service) and then with BYU Education Week this week I feel like I'm still running like crazy.
