Yikes!
I just keep eating and eating AND EATING!
I can't remember what I ate Wednesday but I know it included several Macaroons (Yum - I love coconut!) and a gingersnap raspberry sandwich cookie.
Today I ate:
2 bowls of cold cereal (peanut butter Cap'N Crunch, no less)
rolls, salads, desserts at a Jazzercise class luncheon
fat-free turkey sandwich with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, and tomato
small Heath bar hot fudge shake from Iceberg (Kevin's fault - he bought it for me. I was hot. It was cold. I ate.)
Not good!
Help! Must get back on track!
