MJMs Food Log and Weigh In

Saturday I ate the following:

1/3 C Malt-O-Meal cereal sweetened with brown sugar
1 Fiber One bar
1 small Heath bar shake (from Iceberg - YUM!)
1 peach
lots of grapes
2 bowls of cold cereal with milk
1 chocolate cookie


I didn't eat especially well. I did drink at least 1/2 gallon of water. I also hiked Catherine pass. I hiked quite a bit and then ran the entire way down (about 3 miles) so I got in some good exercise.

I am very excited! I lost everything I gained in Yellowstone!!!! I am back to the exact weight I was at 2 weeks ago. Now I can work on getting my weight actually going down and not just keep re-losing that which I previously lost and then gained.
