Today I ate the following:
Breakfast:
chocolate soy milk smoothee with strawberries and bananas and wheat germ
Snack:
1 oz dark chocolate
Lunch:
fat-free turkey sandwich
peach
Snack:
handful of trail mix
caramel popcorn (made it to go camping and just couldn't seem to help popping some in my mouth)
Dinner:
fat-free turkey sandwich
I ran and drank lots of water.
