This morning was the moment of truth...climbing on the scale after girls' camp. I was up 2.4 pounds. It seems almost unbelievable that I could possibly gain 0.8 pounds per day. I have a couple of days to get back on track before I leave for a week of camping in Yellowstone (I already know that I don't eat well when I'm camping).
Here's my food for yesterday:
1 slice ham
1 english muffin (plain)
cantaloupe and watermelon
1 orange
2 C cinnamon Chex
lots of black licorice
1/3 C Malt-O-Meal cereal with brown sugar
1/3 C Zoom with brown sugar
No exercise. Little water. No veggies.
