Wednesday's Food Intake:
2 C light chocolate soy milk with 2 C strawberries and 1 banana
1 apple
1 piece of Mars Bar fudge
1 fat-free turkey sandwich with light wheat bread, reduced fat pepperjack cheese, tomato, and lettuce
1 slice light wheat bread
1 C nonfat yogurt with tropical fruit mixed in (pineapple, mango, and strawberries)
1 fudge bar
I've only gotten 1/2 gallon of water each day of Education Week (and still I have to go to the bathroom in between EVERY class) but I am getting lots of extra walking and stairs while tromping around the BYU campus.
In addition, I did 45 minutes of Jazzercise this morning and played kickball and dodgeball with the YM/YW tonight. Trying to keep up with those youth shoulc count for something (or at least burn a few extra calories!)
