Yesterday was not a good eating day for me! I was hungry all day and too tired to care what I put into my mouth.
B: 2 C light chocolate soy milk with 2 C strawberries and 1 banana
snack: 1 apple
L: 2 C wild rice and 1/2 Wunderbar
snack: 1 cookie
snack: 1 C peanut butter trifle
D: fat-free turkey sandwich on light wheat bread with tomato and lettuce
snack: 1 cookie
Notice all the snacks? Yikes! I drank 1/2 gallon of water but got no exercise.
