Saturday:
B: power bar, apple, banana
L: 2 slices of pizza (again with the pizza, no more I say) 1 piece of cake, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
D: fiber one cereal with strawberries
S: .5 c crackers
E: 30 minutes Krank, 60 minutes water aerobics
Husband is back in town and I can resume my morning swim. One week till the boy starts school. Hoping to keep up the swimming while adding in the new routine of school.
