Well, yesterday was Fast Sunday so not too much food eaten.
4 oz Tillapia
1/2 C broccoli slaw
1/2 C chicken poppyseed pasta salad
broccoli, carrots, snow peas, tomatoes
chips and salsa (probably too much of this but the salsa was FRESH!)
blueberry and peach tart
I didn't drink much water and no exercise.
