Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast:
smoothie made with 2 C chocolate soy milk, 1 banana, 2 C strawberries, and wheat gern
Snack:
1 oz dark chocolate
Lunch:
fat-free turkey sandwich with light wheat bread, lettuce, pepper jack cheese, and tomato
Snack:
1 apple
Dinner:
same sandwich as lunch
1 cucumber
1 beef stick
I drank a gallon of water and did an hour of Jazzercise. Very good day.
