Sunday I ate the following:
2 C light chocolate soy milk with 2 C strawberries and 1 banana
3/4 cheese quesadilla
3 oz chicken breast
tossed salad
1 C wild rice
1 1/2 C peanut butter trifle
Yikes! The trifle was incredibly yummy!!!! I drank only about 7 C of water and got no exercise.
