food logs SFS

Tuesday:
fiber one cereal
turkey wrap on wheat tortilla with cucumber, tomato, and light mozzarella
chili and rice with mozzarella
nature valley dark chocolate granola thins and one marshmallow

Wednesday:
too much food yesterday!
slim fast and banana
turkey sandwich with tomato and cucumber
orange
whole wheat spaghetti
nature valley dark chocolate granola thins (3) oops, they're yummy
marshmallows
peanut butter
yogurt
handful of Cheerios

I've done some light walking. Trying to let my foot heal and not swimming hasn't worked out well.... Still trying to figure out what to do about exercise....maybe I'll try the morning cycle class.
