Today I ate:
lots of cherries
3 oz fat-free turkey breast
1 tomato
1 chocolate cupcake
too many licks of banana bar and peanut butter bar batter
1 cheese quesadilla
Not a heavy eating day (running around TOO much) but not the healthiest of food choices. In addition, I did fairly good on water. I also ran 2 miles and did a Jazzercise class.
