Today I ate:
2 C light chocolate soy milk with 2 C strawberries and 1 banana
fat-free turkey, pepperjack cheese sandwich on light wheat bread with tomato and lettuce
1 apple
1 stalk celery with peanut butter
1/3 C Malt-O-Meal cereal with brown sugar
2 bites of a Wunderbar
dough of 1 chocolate cookie
I drank 1/2 gallon of water, did 1 hour of Jazzercise, and walked quite a bit around the BYU campus throughout the day.
I am encouraged because the weight I put on in Yellowstone is coming off.
