I have been really striving to lose weight this year. I was very successful in the first part of the year (53 pounds!!!!) but have lost my motivation and have actually gained a few pounds in the last couple weeks.
I need to turn things around. I do much better if I'm actually held accountable for what I eat so I'm starting this blog for me and for anyone like me. My intent is to post every morsel of food I eat every single day. I would love for anyone to join me in this quest.
