Yesterday was a much better day. It really helps when I am at home.
1 C fat-free yogurt with 1/2 C granola mixed in
1 apple
2 C milk with strawberries, soy protein powder, and wheat germ
1 burrito (small)
1 large cucumber
1 no-bake cookie
The eating was better but I didn't even get 8 glasses of water drank.
