Yesterday I ate the following:
1 C whole wheat (with a little brown sugar)
1 peach
1/2 apple
1 small potato
1 peanut butter cup
1 C blackberries
1 slice bread
1 C frosted flakes cereal (no milk)
1/3 C Malt O'Meal cereal (with a little brown sugar)
8 pieces black licorice
2 C light popcorn
1 tootsie roll
Yes, I attended a movie in the park and ate too much junk! Oops! Hopefully the Jazzercise class and the 4-mile run helped. Also, I did manage to drink an entire gallon of water.
