Yesterday I ate the following:
watermelon
1/3 C Malt O Meal cereal with a little brown sugar
1 cucumber
1 apple
1 celery with peanut butter
3 oz. fat-free turkey breast
1 piece whole wheat toast
1 C nonfat yogurt with granola
It wasn't too bad of a day. I ate pretty well and got my veggies in. I also drank a gallon of water.
